The beach was beautiful and the pool view was stunning. However, the check-in process took too long and felt uncomfortable.

Just wrapped up 4 nights in an Apartment with Sea View and couldn’t be happier! Space was huge with a kitchenette. The infinity pool and beautiful beach access were awesome. The only bummer was the damp floors and outdated decor. Definitely coming back!

The floors and walls are damp from condensation!!! The reception area has no sign, making check-in confusing!!! Please improve food quality and consider addressing the pervert at the tour office to ensure guest safety!!!

The apartment we stayed in had an incredible view of the ocean. Waking up to that every morning felt like a dream. The little kitchenette was a huge bonus. we had a fridge and microwave that made it easy to prepare snacks. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, ensuring good sleep after our beach days. Daniele at the front desk made our check-in process a breeze and offered great dining suggestions. On the downside, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn't great, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the balcony could use some TLC, as it felt a bit rundown. Overall, it was perfect for our short stay.

Communication barriers with staff may leave you feeling a bit lost, and prepare to shell out extra cash if you want a late checkout—it can get pricey real quick.

I had a great time at plaza, best beach aparthotel! The big room with a kitchenette was perfect for our group, and the clean beach was just steps away. My stay in cancun surpassed my expectations, especially with the lovely pool area.
